About the Event
As the summer solstice approaches we're tuning into the rhythm of the longer days, and infusing everything with warmth!
Just like nature, we can see the reflection and changes in our own cycles, this gathering is about marking the change of season and pausing to reflect on the season that has passed and look forward to what's ahead.
This gathering is limited to 10 people
What we'll do
🌼 Welcome | You'll be welcomed with a warm, immune-boosting mushroom tea blend
🙏 Meditation | A short meditation to allow you to arrive and slow yourself right down
❄️ Wild Swim | Awaken every living cell inside of your body with a cold water dip
📖 Journalling | Spend some time journaling focussed around the seasons and self-reflection, don't worry we'll guide you through this
🔥 Gather Round The Fire | Enjoy the mesmerising warmth of the open fire and enjoy roasting marshmallows and a warm hot chocolate
Other info
- Bring your swimwear and a towel
- Dress for the season, we advise wrapping up warm and be sure to bring along something warm and extra layers to wear after you get out of the water.
- Slip-on and off footwear is advised
