We are really looking forward to take you on a journey to relearn, reconnect and re-explore nature, using all of your senses.
Join us for an hour of interactive nature connection with Hannah, who will guide you through some age-old techniques of how to deepen your relationship with the great outdoors.
As humans, we have an innate desire to be close to nature, it's part of our evolution, yet slowly over time, we have gradually been divorcing ourselves from the natural world. So significantly, that we are in danger of extincting ourselves. Rebuilding this relationship with our natural world is part of our journey back to awe, joy and belonging, thus consciously restoring more balance.
There is a long list of proven benefits for both your physical and mental well-being; from reducing the bodies stress response, boosting the immune system, kickstarting creativity and productivity and quite simply helping you to slow down.
What to Expect?
- This is an interactive workshop, with an introduction of techniques at the beginning, so please arrive a few minutes before start. Also for 15-20 minutes you will be asked to go outside and explore nature in your area. Please be prepared to pop on your shoes and jacket.
