Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools in supporting health and wellbeing. This class is for anyone who would like to improve mental and physical health.
The first half will be breathing exercises and we will end with a Breathwork Mediation.
Just need a open mind, blanket or sleeping bag and a tape measure.
