Felicity is a somatic yoga teacher and trauma breathwork coach who I has recently relocated to the Lake District after living in Thailand. In her journey of challenges and resilience with her own battles with depression and anxiety, she cultivated a profound understanding of the transformative power of Breathwork to heal your nervous system.

As a dedicated facilitator, Felicity’s mission is to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals can explore and release emotions often overlooked in the hustle of daily life.

The structure of the session involves grounding and movement to get us into the body and cultivate safely . Followed by dynamic breathing to activate the nervous system in a sympathetic state, then deeply relax the system with meditation to move into parasympathetic state and integrate.
