This workshop is based on calming and nurturing the anxious mind and body through a cathartic release.
If you suffer from stress, anxiety, insomnia, tension and any of the many maladies that we are prone to in this society - this class is here to offer tools to relax.
We will do some gentle somatic movements, some breathing exercises that help to bring us back to balance and gentle guided relaxation.
All these are based on modern scientific research. Neuroscience is developing as fast as the demands of modern life are increasing. So learning to counteract daily stress can be so important.

My name is Nicola. I was introduced to Rebirthing Breathwork over 10 years ago. It has dramatically changed my life and allowed me to live a more confident life with more awareness of myself. Breathwork is an exciting and dynamic tool for change. Instead of being a solely talking therapy, it is a body-based psychotherapy, which works on deeply-held emotional wounds, habits and limitations. Learning to breathe seems like a simple and automatic function, but learning to breathe properly, to help shift your state and shift your consciousness, is a much-undervalued skill - used wisely, we can truly transform our lives and take more control of the direction in which we want to move.
