Deep Nature Connection using Touch & Brunch

This will be guided by Hannah 

Join us for a series of the senses in deep nature connection. We will meet every 3 weeks to explore each individual sense and explore use this in our connection with nature as well as how we can continue to build on this in deepening our own practice.

What you can expect

• We will explore both the coastline, woodlands 
• We'll gather (socially distanced) for brunch and a hot drink which are included 
• We'll take the time to share our experiences
