From The Earth, A Vegetarian Seasonal Feast with Francesca Klottrup

We're excited to present a new addition to our signature dining experiences, From the Earth, a Vegetarian Seasonal Feast showcasing all of the delicious British vegetables, leafy greens, grains and delicious dairy. We'll get creative with flavours and textures, showcasing the delicious natural produce that mother earth has to offer us growing straight from the ground Our chef, Francesca Klottrup is an expert in vegetarian cooking and knows how to pack the flavour, style and substance! She'll be highlighting conscious cooking and eating in a 4-course seasonal vegetarian menu. 

You can expect an evening of delicious and nourishing food, slow dining and good company.

Your Chef

Francesca Klottrup, a Leiths-trained chef, food writer and stylist. who honed her cooking skills in London’s competitive kitchens and travelling the world catering for private clients.

Going freelance she worked as a recipe tester for Asda, home economist for the Great British Menu, fed film crews and celebs and worked as a culinary teacher for a number of leading culinary schools.

Francesca then qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and spent the following year as the Academic Director for CNM’s innovative Natural Chef Culinary and Nutrition Diploma, teaching and co-writing the course.

All tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to make it the ticket can be transferred to a friend or family member.
