Join us on Saturday 2nd March 2024 for a full day all to yourself.
Step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life with this Seasonal Living and Nature Connection Day Retreat.
Slow down, nurture your mind, body and spirit and embrace the magic of the changing seasons as we transition from Winter to Spring.
During this retreat you'll be immersed in nature and mindful activities and learn about tuning into nature to enhance your wellbeing, boost your energy and feel better every day.
The day includes:
👋🏼 - Welcome & refreshments
🚶🏻♀️- Nature walk, exploring the land, flora and fauna, observing the signs of spring
❄️ - Guided breathwork and cold water dip (with Emma from The Chilly Dippers) - this will leave you feeling empowered, invigorated and you'll give your brain and body a real boost
🔥 - Warm up by the fire with hot chocolate, followed by a chill in the wood fired hot tub
🍲 - Nourishing 2 course lunch (cooked by our own private retreat chef/nutritionist Francesca Klottrup) - all dietary requirements can be catered for. Francesca's meals nourish the soul and are packed with delicious, nutritious flavour. It's worth coming for this alone 😉
💆♀️ - Happy skin facial rituals (with Diana from Face De Soliel) where you'll learn the art of self-facial massage to detoxify and nourish your skin after winter, promoting lymphatic drainage and self-love. This will include some gorgeous natural skincare products for you to use on yourself
🌿 - Essential Oil blending workshop (with Lisa from Solis Wellbeing) where you'll learn how to use essential oils to boost yours and your family's wellbeing. You'll make up your own signature blend to take home, either in a pulse point roller ball, a massage oil with a dropper, or a reed diffuser to use in your home
😴 - Guided meditation, along with pillows, blankets, eye masks, essential oils and soothing sounds - to allow you to rest deeply, savour the moment and replenish your mind, body & spirit
🧡 - Closing circle & goodbyes
🎁 - Includes a goodie bag with carefully selected wellbeing goodies, perfect to support you at this time of year

Hosted by 3 experienced wellbeing practitioners.
The retreat is being held at The Rewilding, a 50 acre family run farm, set on the Morecambe Bay Estuary (near Lancaster, 1 hour from Manchester) which is one of the most important RSPB wildlife sites in Europe. Complete with beautiful indoor and outdoor settings, the coast, a forest, ponds, and flora, fauna and wildlife in abundance. There's parking on site and Lancaster station is nearby.
This retreat is limited to a small group of like-minded individuals seeking a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
By taking this intentional time for yourself you'll step into the Spring season with renewed energy.

Once you have booked you'll receive an email confirmation with an itinerary, what to bring, and a registration form to complete. Nearer the time we'll send a reminder, health questionnaire and waiver.
