Come join us for an evening of breathwork with Nicola Garett! It's an incredible way to release stored emotions in the body through dynamic breathing techniques.

Breathwork is a powerful tool that can transform your biology and mindset, making you feel calmer and less stressed. It's truly amazing, especially when experienced in a group setting, guided by an experienced and caring facilitator like Nicola.

While breathwork is great for relaxation, it can also be a life-changing tool for those dealing with anxiety, trauma, or negative thought patterns. It helps you feel more calm, connected, and resilient. It has the potential to truly transform your life!


This class is based on scientifically proven techniques to de-stress.

We use ancient pranayama techniques, modern Oxygen Advantage science and new advances in neuroscience and somatics to bring you all the tools to breathe your way into resilience. 

In these modern times of constant busyness and overload - take time out to learn how to bring the body to balance - through the breath.

This workshop is suitable for all and ideal for those who have anxiety, stress and insomnia.

My name is Nicola. I was introduced to Rebirthing Breathwork over 10 years ago. It has dramatically changed my life and allowed me to live a more confident life with more awareness of myself.  Breathwork is an exciting and dynamic tool for change. Instead of being a solely talking therapy, it is a body-based psychotherapy, which works on deeply-held emotional wounds, habits and limitations. Learning to breathe seems like a simple and automatic function, but learning to breathe properly, to help shift your state and shift your consciousness, is a much-undervalued skill - used wisely, we can truly transform our lives and take more control of the direction in which we want to move.
