Rewild Yourself Networking

WHAT IS IT? 

A gathering of like-minded folk; freelancers, entrepreneurs, creatives, office workers, side hustlers, students, potential career changers, puppies…all are welcome. We’ll bounce ideas, ask questions, learn, drink some tea and coffee and have some fun whilst building out our local network.  

WHAT IS IT NOT? 

It’s not a stuffy networking meetup where you will feel out of place and walk away wondering about your entire existence. We will not be comparing salaries and how big our bonuses are. We will not be doing speed date networking, and suits and formal attire are not compulsory.  

WHY?

Since moving back to Lancaster almost a year ago now, I have been inspired daily by the amount of activity in the area, so many cool projects, big ideas, visionaries, inspiring people and beyond.  Yet, never in the same place at the same time. I am creating an intentional space that connects the dots to all you wonderful, interesting professionals, career changers, academics and curious folk. My aim is to bring together the Lancaster network to foster more collaboration and opportunities for those who, like me, are hungry for them.  

WHERE IS IT? 

I’m partnering with The Herbarium on Great John Street, Lancaster a local community cafe bar and restaurant who host a range of events, wellness activities and serve the best plant based food you’ll find in Lancashire.  

WHO IS IT FOR AND IS IT FOR ME? 

Yes it’s for you. If you’re looking to meet other people and build your network and find possible collaboration opportunities or simply meet other like minded people. Then yes, it’s for you.  

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Entrance is £4 which will get you through the door and a hot drink from The Herbarium

Yourself and a willingness to meet others and business cards if you have them.
