Meet Rita

A dynamic artist and true creative soul who's excited to take you on a journey of empowerment. She'll be your guide to help you tap into your inner strength and create something amazing using your body.  Rita opens up about her own struggles with self-acceptance and confidence, and creating this workshop has been a big step in her own journey. It's been a way for her to rediscover these parts of herself and turn what she once thought was broken into something beautiful.

Rita's way of doing things is all about making enjoyment in the process. She's all about having fun, making connections, and finding new ways to express herself. From a really young age, Rita's lived in different places like Iraq, Cyprus, Lebanon, and now the UK. This gives her a one-of-a-kind view of what it's like to be a woman around the world and understand the diverse experiences of women globally

Rita has been creating artwork that celebrates the female body for the past 17 years. On top of that, she's also into interior design. She loves creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also make people feel inspired and connected.

Do I need to be good at painting? 

Not at all, it’s not about being an artist it’s about having fun .

Do I have to get naked and use my entire body to paint with?

Not at all, we will be using hands and feet to paint with, however, if some feel comfortable and happy to print their body onto the canvas of course you can.

Will there be food and drinks?

There will be snacks and artisan teas and coffee available throughout
