This is an immersive and therapeutic experience where you are enveloped in the soothing and healing vibrations of various instruments played by sound therapist, Janet. 

What is a sound bath? 

A sound bath is where you immerse yourself in sound frequency. Sound is all around you and creates a ‘bath’ of sound that is felt deep within. Using a trusted method, by the British Academy of Sound Therapy, the sound lowers brain frequencies creating a deeply relaxing, meditative bodily state to promote healing. The vibrations of the sound penetrate deep within your being and you will leave feeling relaxed and restored.

You feel the resonant tones wash over your mind and body and are gently guided into a state of profound relaxation and meditation. The harmonious sounds create a nourishing "bath" of vibrations that resonate deep within, releasing tension, reducing stress, and promoting a sense of inner balance and well-being.
