About the Event
Everything in nature is made up of five natural elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space, and each element has a relationship with the other. Some elements support each other and others, destroy. These five elements form the Laws of Nature.
This is an immersive day of transformational and deep connection working with all of the elements both individually, and as a holsitic practice. We aim for you to walkaway having opened up a gateway of curiousity for further exploration.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Space Bring connection to each of the elements within your body with Mandala Vinyasa yoga. Each of these elements have their corresponding chakra and Rachel will lead you though this practice to create this space inside of you.
Air Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools in supporting health and wellbeing.The first half will be breathing exercises and we will end with a Breathwork Mediation.
Water Ice bath also lead by Emma
Earth We'll practice barefoot walking, also known as 'Earthing'
Who is Emma?
Emma is a certified instructor of The Breathing Class by Dr. Belisa Vranich and The Wim Hof Method (WHM) level 3, the highest possible. She is an international speaker and an ambassador for WHM. Fundamentally Emma understands the body doesn’t lie and her key has been discovering the true power of Breathwork for healing.
