The Untamed Supper Club

Join us in the heart of the Lancashire countryside for an immersive culinary experience.  We believe there’s complexity in simplicity and that’s what The Untamed Supper Club is all about.  An immersive feasting experience, using locally sourced, reared and seasonal ingredients whilst connecting over good grub and good conversation. You’ll walk away having had a one-off experience, a nourished belly and we hope, more connected to your food with a farm to fork experience.

Every menu is different, just like every season, meaning, each supper you join us for will be a totally unique experience. 

We use only fresh, seasonal, wild food, fish and game that is locally sourced and reared produce from farmers and suppliers who are local or we know personally. Provenance is at the heart of every menu so you can expect to celebrate the taste of Lancashire. 

To keep things fun, the menu will remain under lock and key until your arrival. We cater to all dietary requirements and allergies and offer a vegetarian option. Please email any special requests to hello@the-rewilding.com 

AN IMPORTANT QUESTION. WHAT ABOUT DRINKS?

A welcome cocktail infused with botanicals, and infused waters throughout the experience. Other beverages are BYO.

TIMINGS

The sunsets on our coastline are some of the best in the world. I stand by this. We aim for sunlight to sundown experience and the meal will last approximately 3 - 3.5 hours. It’s very important that you arrive on time. 

INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 

• All guests must respect the government guidance on social distancing

• Each booking can be up to a maximum of 6 persons per group

• Hand sanitiser and gels will be available for our guests to use throughout the event and are located around the site

• We will require your address and full contact details at the check out to ensure we can implement track and trace 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to make it the ticket can be transferred to a friend or family member. If we are put into another government lockdown due to the pandemic a full refund will be issued.

More information about the supper club will be sent through to all guests before the event.
