Gather with us over candlelight in our rustic barn, for an exclusive collaboration with Matt Willdigg and Oli Martin, two of Masterchef's finest, who love nothing more than to celebrate the seasons of the natural world and bring people together to gather and feast for a one of a kind gastronomical experience with a menu packed full of locally sourced, foraged and seasonal produce that celebrates British farmers, fisherman and growers.

Matt and Oli, have recently teamed up to establish Foray Catering, private dining experiences and event catering giving them untethered creativity and freedom in their menus and offering. 

They have a long history of working together after meeting in one of Sydney’s hottest restaurants – 2 Hat Gastro Park, and then went on to work together for a further five years at Hipping Hall achieving many incredible awards such as four AA Rosettes, Lancashire Life 2019 Restaurant of the Year, Lancashire Tourism Awards Restaurant of the year 2019, placing 35th Best Restaurant in the UK 2021 in Harden’s Guide to name a few!
