Tune into You | Move, Make, Connect

Come and gather, move, make and feast, and tune into you 

In this one day immersive experience you'll rediscover the parts of you left untouched for some time, through movement, making and nature. 

During the morning we'll get you loosened up with an accessible movement to challenge, or to nourish you, whichever your body calls for on the day. Followed by yoga and a guided meditation as a chance to unwind and tune back into you. 

For lunch we'll gather around the firepit in Patty's Woodland for some nourishing food and conversation.

The afternoon will be about honouring your hands and creativity. Following some gentle guidance in nature we'll gather for painting to the theme of ‘Trees + Bees”. 

There are zero artistic/physical requirements required, every skill level is welcome - the aim of the day is to have some fun, let out your creative juices, listen to good tunes and maybe make some new pals or bond with the ones you came with. leave with some new artwork to hang on your bathroom wall.
