Wake me Up with DJ Rae // Ecstatic Dance, Breathe and Summer Picnic

Join us for an energising Sunday, get your body moving, shake it off and breathe it all out.

We'll begin by opening up with a 40-minute guided breathwork session where you can experience the benefits of this powerful technique that can transform your biology and mindset, making you feel calmer and less stressed. It's truly amazing, especially when experienced in a group setting.

We'll then shake it all of with some ecstatic dance A.K.A dancing like nobody is watching, and they really aren't watching, and it feels euphoric! DJ Rae bringing you along a sound journey of some of your favourite classics and healing spiritual sounds. 

And to finish off this beautiful morning we'll share a picnic lunch and summer drinks and teas.

What else you need to know

• We will aim to be in the great outdoors so please dress for the season and the weather on the day, you may want to bring along a blanket to keep you warm during the breathwork 
• Breathwork is not suitable for pregnant women
