  • ​Minimising the generation of waste at the source through careful planning, portion control, and avoiding excessive packaging.

  • Encouraging the use of reusable or where absolutely necessary to use single-use items, biodegradable materials for serving food and beverages, such as biodegradable cutlery, plates, and cups are used.

  • Implementing best practices for food preparation to minimise food waste.

• Recycling: We are committed to maximising recycling efforts by:

  • Providing clearly labelled recycling bins to facilitate the separation of recyclable materials, such as glass, plastic, paper, and aluminium.
