Commercial dishwasher 2 tall standing fridges 1 tall standing feezer Double electric oven Stainless steel prep area Serving hatch Large sink area Use of all crockery and serve ware Kitchen must be left in the same state as found and all caterers and chefs must have food hygiene and food safety checks in place It is a requirement that any caterers outside of our trusted supplier list have read and agree to our health and safety requirements here and have their own food safety practices & insurances in place.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 60 days before the hire start date, you may request a partial refund (less a cancellation fee equal to the deposit). Cancellations within 45 days of the hire are fully earned, with no refund. In the very unlikely event we may need to cancel your booking, we reserve the right to do so and will do our very best to find you a suitable alternative or provide you with a full refund and we will have no further liability to you in relation to the cancellation. Full and partial payments may be transferred to another booking taking place within one calendar year if you notify us 90 days or more before the retreat start date. Any cancellations or changes must be notified in writing to hello@therewilding.com . We will let you know if the change is possible and will send you a confirmation email if the change is accepted.
