Service Description
An exclusive hot tub experience with friends or family. Our Scandinavian wood fired hot tub WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT - You'll be welcomed with a warm cuppa or seasonal infusion - Spend some time journaling focussed around the season's reflection and/or intentions, don't worry we'll guide you through this - an exhilarating cold plunge to awaken every living cell inside of your body (optional) - Relaxing in the woodfired hot tub followed by alternating between the hot and cold water if desired - Enjoy the mesmerising warmth of the open fire and enjoy tucking into some roasted chestnuts or marshmallows around the open fire - We'll head back to the main space to warm ourselves with a hot drink
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 60 days before the hire start date, you may request a partial refund (less a cancellation fee equal to the deposit). Cancellations within 45 days of the hire are fully earned, with no refund. In the very unlikely event we may need to cancel your booking, we reserve the right to do so and will do our very best to find you a suitable alternative or provide you with a full refund and we will have no further liability to you in relation to the cancellation. Full and partial payments may be transferred to another booking taking place within one calendar year if you notify us 90 days or more before the retreat start date. Any cancellations or changes must be notified in writing to hello@therewilding.com . We will let you know if the change is possible and will send you a confirmation email if the change is accepted.
