Patty's Barn to Farm Yard Ales, Community Litter Pick in Cockerham

We're switching up our monthly litter pick by adding some warm and refreshing drinks on either side. We'll walk along the coastline and country lanes starting from Patty's Barn with a warm cuppa, along to Farm Yard Ales to reward ourselves with a refreshing pint, included for all volunteers who join in.

With the tide coming and going there is always plenty of litter to be collecting from our beautiful coastline. Morecambe Bay is located on an SSSI (a Site of Special Scientific Interest) and with thousands of birds and wildlife that call our coastline home and/or come here to rest and nest throughout the seasons. Let's make it a healthy and clean place for them to come and thrive.

Important info

• We have limited pickers so please confirm your spot by RSVP'ing to ensure everyone has some picking equipment.
• If you have your own or prefer to use your own stuff them this is, of course, no problem.
• Please bring your own gloves
• Please wear wellies or waterproof shoes and dress for the season
• You can stay for as little or as long as you wish.... any time you can share is welcome.
• Please remember to wrap up warm and wear your wellies or outdoor shoes.
