Ready for a micro adventure?
A Micro Adventure
This is a 2.5-hour micro-adventure to introduce some fun, spontaneity, and time for you and your tribe to gather in a new way.
Sunrise or sunset, this experience can be incorporated into your day as a before or after-work rewilding.
We'll grab a cuppa and spend some time journalling before we head down the farm track to our wood-fired hot tub and cold water plunger to re-energise and relax. You can expect views out to the Forest of Bowland or you can join us after sundown under a star-lit sky.

What we'll do...

You'll be welcomed with a warm cuppa or seasonal infusion

Spend some time journaling focussed around the season's reflection and/or intentions, don't worry we'll guide you through this

an exhilarating cold plunge to awaken every living cell inside of your body (optional)

Relaxing in the woodfired hot tub followed by alternating between the hot and cold water if desired

Enjoy the mesmerising warmth of the open fire and enjoy tucking into some roasted chestnuts or marshmallows around the open fire

We'll head back to the main space to warm ourselves with a hot drink

Are you looking for something a bit more meaningful and exciting to do with your friends other than meet up in the pub? If so, this is your call to get outside, away from the screen and into nature.
Connecting to your 5 senses, feeling the breeze on your face, filling your lungs with fresh coastal air, enjoying the sweet smell of woodsmoke, toasting marshmallows and, making every cell of your body scream I'M ALIVE' as you plunge into the cold water and then chill in the hot tub with likeminded people...

I attended the Solstice event with a friend so we could connect somewhere a bit different that was good for the body and soul. This was the perfect experience. Time to connect with oneself, each other, journal, and reflect under the stars in a gorgeous outdoor hot tub following an invigorating cold dip nicely rounded off with time around a fire.
