Terms & Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply when making any booking with The Rewilding.


  1. On making a retreat booking with The Rewilding, you accept the terms of these booking conditions.

  2. The dates for your venue hire are secured only when a deposit is made, after which full payment is required in line with the following conditions.

    1. 25% non-refundable deposit of total balance on confirmation of booking 

    2. The client will receive more details with regards to catering, goodie bag, marketing plan and other add-ons where have been agreed

    3. 50% deposit required 90 days prior to the event

    4. 100% deposit: 30 days prior to the event

    5. Agreed extras: billed & paid within 14 days post-event

  3. A booking is accepted and becomes definite once you make a payment and we send you a confirmation email. Even after this initial confirmation, there may be changes to your booking. We reserve the right to increase or decrease retreat prices.

  4. If making your booking within 45 days from the start date, the full balance will be due.


We understand that unexpected events can arise that can affect your plans.

  1. If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date, you may request a partial refund (less a cancellation fee equal to the deposit).

  2. Cancellations within 45 days of retreat are fully earned, with no refund.

  3. We will do our best to avoid having to cancel your booking however, where necessary, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund and we will have no further liability to you in relation to the cancellation.

  4. Full and partial retreat payments may be transferred to another retreat taking place within one calendar year, if you notify us 90 days or more before the retreat start date.

  5. Any cancellations or changes must be notified in writing to hello@therewilding.com . We will let you know if the change is possible and will send you a confirmation email if the change is accepted.


We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help all of our guests stay safe during your time with us.

By confirming your visit, you acknowledge that you must comply with the set-out procedures put in place by The Rewilding.

  1. All guests should practice social distancing where possible. 

  2. Hand sanitiser is available at entrances and exits and around our site. Guests are requested to sanitise before accessing our site and shared spaces. 

  3. We implement track and trance by taking the address and contact details of all guests at the time of booking. Third-party hosts are responsible for doing this on behalf of their own customers.

  4. Any third party event and/or retreat organisers must have their own COVID-19 risk assessment in place, which demonstrates any necessary precautions specifically in relation to activities you intend to deliver during your stay.

  5. We ask all guests to respect and abide by the most current Government guidance in relation to COVID-19

  6. Good ventilation can help reduce the risk of spreading coronavirus, we have installed a CO2 monitor in our shared space to monitor air quality.

  7. Employees of The Rewilding are taking regular lateral flow tests prior to events and encourage event organisers to do the same.

  8. Guests may be required to provide a negative lateral flow test result to enter the venue. This will be communicated in advance. 

  9. Visitors may be turned away if they are showing symptoms of COVID-19 and are unable to provide a negative lateral flow test.

  10. If you are experiencing any symptoms of the illness such as cough, shortness or difficulty of breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain, headaches, sore throat or new loss of taste/smell. Or believe you have been exposed to someone with a suspected/confirmed case of COVID-19, that you are following the recommended guideline as much as possible and if you encounter any of the symptoms you will not come on-site and will follow the recommended guidance before attending future events at the property.

  11. If you become infected by COVID-19 during your time onsite, please inform The Rewilding as soon as possible so that precautions can be put into place for those who attended the same event and/or were on site at the same time as you. ​

  12. The Rewilding cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19 and that there is an increased risk of being exposed to and/or infected by COVID-19, resulting from the actions, omissions or negligence of yourself and others.

Use of any of the gym or fitness equipment, areas or facilities available at The Rewilding and Patty’s Barn is entirely at your own risk. Induction sessions explaining how to safely and properly use the gym or fitness equipment can be made available upon request before using the facilities. You must not use any equipment or undertake any activity at The Rewilding unless you are satisfied that you are competent to do so in a safe and proper manner.


When using any equipment and facilities available at The Rewilding, you must take care to safeguard your own health and safety and that of other people, and you will be solely responsible for any loss or injury that you cause to yourself, other persons or to the equipment or facilities to the extent that it is caused through your unsafe or improper use of the equipment or facilities (including your use of them whilst under the influence of alcohol or medication) or your failure to advise The Rewilding staff of a medical condition relevant to your use of the equipment or facility.




We kindly ask that all guests respect the facilities at The Rewilding and Patty’s Barn. In the event that there is any damage to the room(s) during your stay or if any items are missing from your room(s) upon your departure, we reserve the right to charge the card you have used to secure your booking a reasonable fee in respect of such damage and/or missing items.




We will at times take photographs during retreats for our website and promotional material, including adverts. If you do not wish to be included in this please let a member of staff know about this on your arrival. 

The Rewilding Shop Terms and Conditions

  1. If your order is incorrect, damaged or has not arrived on time, please email us at hello@the-rewilding.com.
    Please include your order number, description of your problem and any photos you may have to help us help you. We will try to find a solution as soon as possible.

  2. Whether the gift box has arrived with you or at another person’s address, you must return the full gift box within 14 days.

  3. We do not accept returns for part of the gift box, all returns must be made in full, except where the item is incorrect or damaged.

  4. We must be given the opportunity to replace the items in the first instance. We will aim to replace your items as soon as we can, however if this is not possible we would offer a refund.

  1. Our gift boxes are currently delivered in the UK only.  

  2. Deliveries are sent out via Royal Mail and gift boxes are despatched within 24 hours of ordering with a First Class service that aims to arrive the following day.  

  3. If a gift is required on a ‘Guaranteed On’ day, then we will send the gift on a tracked next day service to arrive on that day.

  4. If, for whatever reason, Royal Mail fails to make a delivery on a ‘Guaranteed On’ day we will refund the shipping, but will not be liable for any other costs incurred if we have successfully despatched the item the day before required delivery.
