An inspiring site located on the coastline on the edge of Morecambe Bay, with adjoining woodland and freshwater lakes. Free from work distractions and plenty of space to roam.

Patty's Barn has easy access from the motorway and is centrally located in the UK. If you’re using a sat nav or Google Maps you’ll arrive at our door by simply typing Patty's Barn and our postcode, LA2 0DY
Directions

Take Junction 33 of the M6. Take the A6 South signed for Garstang/Glasson Dock

After about 1 mile take your first good right signed Cockerham/Glasson Dock. Drive for 1 mile to next T Junction turn right into the village of Cockerham.

At the Manor Inn pub turn right signed for Lancaster

Take your first Left down Hillam Lane
